Position: Chief Accountant

 

Qualifications

  • Min. of an MBA or M.Sc. degree in Accounting/Finance, etc.
  • Min. of 10 years post-charter experience.
  • Min. of 3 years as Head of Finance/Accounts Dept of a reputable organization.
  • Experience with a company-wide ERP project design/implementation/management is mandatory.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Operation of the company’s multi-section and multi-branch finance/accounts function.
  • The optimal performance of all the company’s accounts staff.
  • Over-sight of the company’s ERP system.
  • Management of the entire financial health of the company and ensuring best financial decisions.
  • Position is directly accountable to the MD/CEO

 

 

Position: Head, Internal Audit

 

Qualifications

  • Min. of HND/B.Sc. (Accountancy)
  • Min. of 8 years post-charter experience in a reputable company.
  • Hands-on familiarity with an ERP environment

 

Responsibilities:

  • Company-wide operational policies, standards & best-practices maintenance.
  • Advancement of company processes.
  • Prevention & prompt identification of unwholesome practices & systemic loopholes.
  • Identification of resource wastages & losses.
  • Position is directly accountable to the MD/CEO

 

 

 

Position: Credit Control Manager

 

Qualifications:

  • Min. of HND/B.Sc. (Accountancy)
  • Min. of 5 years post-charter experience in credit control/management.
  • Min. of 3 years leadership of a credit control unit.
  • Long standing experience in working with an ERP package will be an advantage.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Company’s credit policies & standards formulation/update.
  • Development, monitoring & implementation of company’s credit management strategies.
  • Ensuring company-wide credit standards compliance.
  • Set/over-see all periodic credit management targets.
  • Meet & exceed company’s credit management expectations.
  • Position is directly accountable to the Chief Accountant.
