Position: Manager, Technical Services /Co-Ordinator of Mobile Events Unit

 

Reporting to the General Manager/Chief Operating Officer

 

Responsibilities:

  • He provides the technical and the day- to-day supervision and co-ordination of the Mobile Events Services Unit of the company.
  • He has the direct responsibility to ensure that all the equipment and machineries are in functional state at all times.
  • By virtue of his administrative position and technical know – how, he is to draw up job responsibilities and schedule of duties for all the technical and other personnel in the Unit.
  • Co-ordinates all the activities relating to the repairs and maintenance of all the machineries, equipment, fixtures and fittings in the Mobile Events Unit.
  • Supervises all the technical and administrative personnel attached to the unit.

 

 

Requirements:

  • A first Degree/ HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • A minimum of Seven (7) Years of post qualification and Hands-on Experience in the maintenance and repair and servicing of Air conditioners, Trucks, Gen. Set and Electrical Appliances etc.
  • Avery strong people skill and co-ordinating ability
  • Not more than 30 Years of age.

 

Position: Accountants Executive

 

Reporting   to   the   Manger,   Finance, Administration/Human Resources

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the ledgers are maintained in accordance with the general accounting standard procedure.
  • Ensure that adequate controls are maintained over cash imprest and payment of cash or cheque.
  • Liaison with regulatory authorities on all issues including Tax matters etc.
  • Responsible for the calculation and payment of salaries and wages.
  • Supports the Head of Finance, Admin./Human Resources in the day-to-day running of the company.

 

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of HND qualification in Accounting
  • A minimum of 7 years experience
  • Adequate knowledge of ICT and at least the use of an Accounting Application Package
  • Not more than 30-35 Years of age.

 

Position: Business Development/ Marketing and Sales Executive:

 

Reporting,   the   Manager,   Finance,  Admin/ Human Resources

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for prospecting, building and maintaining customers’ portfolio and drive incremental sales growth through new business opportunities.
  • Manage existing clients’ portfolio and devise strategies and plan to maximize probable business development opportunities for growth.
  • Proactively respond to client’s requests or inquiries and resolve customers’ complaint/ problems independently with appropriate management guidance.

 

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of HND qualification in any of the
  • Social Sciences
  • A minimum of five (5) years experience in sales, marketing and business development in the Events Management outfit
  • Adequate knowledge of ICT
  • Strong Interpersonal Relationship Management Skill
  • Adequate knowledge of Books of Accounts and Record Keeping
  • Not more than 28-30 Years of age.
