We are looking for highly committed, resourceful, self-motivated result-oriented and multi-disciplinary persons to fill the following vacant positions:

 

Position: Head, Business Development (REF: HBD)

 

The Role:

  • Manage the company’s business development activities in all sectors of the Nigerian oil and gas industry.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and partners, keeping abreast of market trends in older to clearly identify business opportunities, and convert such opportunities to the company’s advantage.
  • Establish and gain an in-depth technical and commercial understanding of general client needs and preferences in the products and services areas.
  • Conduct and evaluate all activities as they relate to each product/service to ensure that marketing achievements are closely monitored deviations identified and analyzed, and appropriate action taken.
  • Articulate proposals and make presentations to clients covering the products and services of the company.
  • Follow established standards and practices for closing deals/opening new clients accounts to ensure that new clients translate into income.
  • Develop and deliver inventory reports, bids proposal, requirements, documentation and tender documents.
  • Plan, develop and implement procurement policies and procedures, including those for equipment, hardware and software, service provision for clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions of contracts with clients and/or vendors.

 

 

The Person:

  • Degree in Engineering or other related discipline with relevant professional qualifications (Possession of an MBA or relevant second degree will be an advantage; minimum of eight (8) years post-graduation experience in a similar position.
  • Extensive technical experience in the Oil and Gas Industry
  • Team player, strong financial and analytical skills; sound management skills coupled with good commercial acumen and good networking ability.
  • Computer literacy and information technology proficiency.
  • Excellent reporting and technical presentation skills.
  • Must possess current drivers license

 

 

 

Position: Technical Assistant to Managing Director (REF: TAMD)

 

The Role:

  • Provide management oversight for the development of integrated engineering blue-prints and plans.
  • Maintain an up-to-date consolidated management overview of project contracts performance.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team on business planning, performance, monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Develop contract performance reports and assist clients in the analysis of performance.
  • Develop detailed technical and commercial knowledge of all technical services.
  • Prepare contract for procurement of equipment for maintenance, construction and consultancy services.
  • Source and develop business opportunities within the oil and gas related industry.
  • Implement the QA/QC management system and verity that the quality related activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.

 

 

The Person:

  • Degree in relevant engineering field with at least three (3) years experience in the oil and gas services industry.
  • Ability to develop, monitor and review oil and gas facility Project Engineering issues arising from contract execution.
  • Facilitate contract management with clients and coordinate project information.
  • Pleasant disposition and ability to take decision with lots of initiative.
  • Extensive know ledge of relationship management skills and good oral and communication skills.
  • Certify QA/QC inspector.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Must possess current driver’s license.
