Estate Manager in a World-Class Nigerian Organization

A World-Class Nigerian organization; a major player in hospitality and leisure business, beverages and bottling services, located in Delta State requires the services of a result-oriented, competent and suitably qualified candidate for its luxurious, eco-friendly resort and bottling facilities, which are both situated in Oria-Abraka in Delta State.

 

Position: Estate Manager

 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Management and Supervision of the Resort and Bottling facility
  • Co-ordinate and Manage all activities of subordinates, contractors & suppliers and write reports in a timely manner
  • Overall responsibility for the upkeep of the country club and bottling facility to a high standard

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel, Facilities or Estate Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences or Humanities.
  • 2 – 5 years hands-on experience in hospitality and hotel management
  • Good Communication Skills; verbal and written
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Must be able to work with little or no supervision
  • Computer Literacy is mandatory
  • Certification in hospitality/hotel management and/or beverages bottling will be an added advantage.
  • In addition, a married couple may apply with the spouse having some experience also in any of the above-mentioned fields, and may be considered for a position at the resort or bottling facility.
