Job Description
- Project Management of Software Integration Projects for the Mobile operators
- Gather customer requirements through documents, workshops
- Validate and control scope, manage scope changes
- Ensure quality of deliverables, with incosts and time target
- Manage project resources
- Identify risks and improve team performance
- Track and report project progress consistently
- Support project team to ensure the good working environment
- Customer management
- Responsible for the project acceptance by client
- Provide training on solutions
Qualification
- Experience in Telecom or software integration
- At least 2 years experience in project management
- PMP certification is a plus
- Ability to adapt according to the dynamically changing needs and requirement
- Excellent inter-personal, and communication skills
- Good team player, good listener
- Good analytical thinking
- Take full responsibility
- Initiative, responsive, confidence, yet supportive and flexible
- Hard working
- Outstanding leadership
- Fluent in English (speaking & writing)
