Position: Sub-Transmission Linesmen: Ref Code: STL/003
Qualification Required:
- Linesmen Training Certification or apprenticeship or its equivalent
- Team leaders; Minimum 5 years’ experience in powerline construction, repair and maintenance at 33 and 11kv voltage levels with an electric distribution utility,
- Linesmen: 3 years’ experience assisting or working on powerline construction, repair and maintenance at 33 and 11kv voltage levels as a crew member.
Position: Protection Control and Metering (PC&M): Ref Code: PCM/004
Qualification Required:
- HND in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in substation device installation, repair and maintenance, including repair/replacement of relays, reclosers, current and potential transformers, meters and communications equipment.
- Familiarization with protection schemes and their trouble shootings
