Vacancies: Production Pharmacist, Marketing & Sales Manager, Operations   Manager

InterCEDD Health Products (IMP), Limited is a company that focuses on development, marketing, and sales of herbal/natural products and services. We are looking for qualified persons to join our dynamic team of professionals:

Position: Production Pharmacist

  • Design and ensure smooth running of routine production of all IHP products
  • Supervision of the entire production process Training of production staff on SOP’s and cGMP
  • Coordinates, controls, and organizes production activities
  • Ensure that all products meet expected standards, specifications and quality requirements Implements production plan/targets according to cGMP Performs other duties as assigned by the production executive/manager

Education

  • Minimum of B.Pharm. (Higher degree will be an advantage)
  • Registered with Pharmacists’ Council of Nigeria

Skills & Experience

  • Computer literate
  • Previous experience in manufacturing area will be an advantage
  • Sound knowledge of cGMP
  • Working knowledge of safety standards
  • Good organizational & supervisory skills
  • Good interpersonal skills

Position: Marketing & Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the marketing of all InterCEDD Health
  • Products, events, and services
  • Must develop product knowledge of all company products and its affiliations.
  • Develops annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales department, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year
  • The achievement of frequent, timely and positive media coverage for products and its events and programs across all available media.
  • Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
  • Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
  • Building and maintaining contacts with the media: print, electronic (audio-visio-web); this includes writing and distributing press releases
  • To evaluate marketing campaigns

Education and Qualification

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related field from an accredited institution. Minimum of 5 years in the marketing industry (experience in the pharmaceutical sector, a plus).

Skills & Experience

  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written
  • Must be computer literate with proficiency in Word processing, spreadsheet and other Microsoft office applications
  • Must be technologically aware of the use of modern management & research tools
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

Position: Operations   Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the project management of all products and services of the company
  • Preparing short and long term operations plan like sales, marketing and quality control
  • Overseeing the day to day functioning of the company
  • Interacting with heads of all departments of the company and overseeing their functions
  • Developing and executing strategies for the functioning of the company along with the directors

Education and Qualifications

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in project management or business administration
  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience is required in project management (in the pharmaceutical sector, a plus)

Skills & Experience

  • Project Management experience is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal, public: relations, oratory and presentation skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Develop, establish, and direct execution of operating policies to support overall company policies and objectives
