We are a leading Multinational Organization in the business of Edible Oil Processing. We have vacancies existing in our Sales Department for experienced and result-driven professionals in the following roles:
Position: Van Sales Representatives (Lagos and South West)
Job Profile:
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Drive a disciplined coverage of assigned territory/routes
- Ensure assigned brands are available in all outlets within their assigned territory
- Build and maintain a good working relationship with customers
- Manage company resources assigned to them
- Track and report performance of assigned brands at Point of Sales
- Act with integrity
Experience /Skills Requirement:
- The right candidate must:
- Possess HND/BSc in any discipline
- Have minimum of 2 years cognate experience in a similar role and/or environment.
- Be exceptional at relationship management and direct sales management and business development with extensive customer interaction.
- Have effective written, oral and presentation skills.
- Be proficient in the use of MS-office packages
- Be able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Can drive and possess a valid driver’s license
Position: Area Sales Manager -Pan Nigeria
Job Profile:
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Lead a team of territory managers
- Cascade and focus team on key priorities
- Deliver Business (sales and people leadership) objectives for his assigned business area
- Drive for excellence in execution of his team and distributor operations
Position: Regional Sales Manager (East, North, Middle Belt
Job Profile:
- The successful candidate will be required to:
- Deliver growth objectives for the region
- Provide leadership for own and distributor teams
- Develop and manage growth plans with distributors
- Lead and drive the implementation of the Route to market strategy
Experience and Skill Requirement:
The right candidate must:
- Possess HND/BSc in any discipline
- Have eight to fifteen (8-15) years working experience in a similar role and/or environment.
- Possess relevant professional qualifications/ membership
- Possess exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.
- Have effective written, oral and presentation skills.
- Be able to work on own initiative and under pressure.
- Be highly motivated and able to build close relationships internally and externally.
- Ability to effectively lead teams is key
