We are a leading Multinational Organization in the business of Edible Oil Processing. We have vacancies existing in our Sales Department for experienced and result-driven professionals in the following roles:

Position: Van Sales Representatives (Lagos and South West)

Job Profile:

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Drive a disciplined   coverage   of   assigned territory/routes
  • Ensure assigned brands are available in all outlets within their assigned territory
  • Build and maintain a good working relationship with customers
  • Manage company resources assigned to them
  • Track and report performance of assigned brands at Point of Sales
  • Act with integrity

Experience /Skills Requirement:

  • The right candidate must:
  • Possess HND/BSc in any discipline
  • Have minimum of 2 years cognate experience in a similar role and/or environment.
  • Be exceptional at relationship management and direct sales management and business development with extensive customer interaction.
  • Have effective written, oral and presentation skills.
  • Be proficient in the use of MS-office packages
  • Be able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Can drive and possess a valid driver’s license

Position: Area Sales Manager -Pan Nigeria

Job Profile:

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Lead a team of territory managers
  • Cascade and focus team on key priorities
  • Deliver Business (sales and people leadership) objectives for his assigned business area
  • Drive for excellence in execution of his team and distributor operations

Position: Regional Sales Manager (East, North, Middle Belt

Job Profile:

  • The successful candidate will be required to:
  • Deliver growth objectives for the region
  • Provide leadership for own and distributor teams
  • Develop and manage growth plans with distributors
  • Lead and drive the implementation of the Route to market strategy

 

 Experience and Skill Requirement:

The right candidate must:

  • Possess HND/BSc in any discipline
  • Have eight to fifteen     (8-15)  years working experience in a similar role and/or environment.
  • Possess   relevant   professional   qualifications/ membership
  • Possess exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Have effective written, oral and presentation skills.
  • Be able to work on own initiative and under pressure.
  • Be  highly  motivated  and  able to  build  close relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to effectively lead teams is key
