Vacancies: General Manager, Food and Beverage Manager

Vacancies exist in a Top Hotel located in Port Harcourt for the following positions:

Position: General Manager- (All Nationals)

He will oversee the management of the Hotel to ensure efficiency, quality service and efficiency, quality service and effective management of human & material resources.

Qualification:

  • A good first degree or MBA plus hospitality industry training certification.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution
  • Knowledge of communication and public relations techniques.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and interpret it.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in policy formulation and ability to effective manage staff strength of over 60
  • Minimum of 10years experience in management of at least 3 star hotels within or   outside   Nigeria
  • High integrity and friendly

Position: Food and Beverage Manager

Will oversee the management of Restaurant, Bar and Kitchen

Experience:

  • B.Sc or HND degree holders, with minimum of five years experience in similar position in at least a 3 star hotel
  • Establish Standards and be responsible for management of food, Laundry and bar quality.
  • Establish proper audit systems for kitchen, bar and restaurant
  • Good knowledge of running of the kitchen is an advantage.
  • Must be an innovative and creative person
