Position: Team Lead, Projects
Role
- Will be responsible for monitoring and managing specific project tasks.
- Building and managing project teams, reporting to the Senior Project Manager, and ensuring quality control throughout project Life-cycles are central to this position.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage project teams from Initiation to closure.
- Be accountable for project results along with senior project Manager
- work with senior project manager to complete Project charter outlining, scope, goals, deliverables, required resources and timing.
Position: Quantity Surveyor
- Quantity surveyors perform a wide variety of task* throughout the complete life cycle of a construction project.
Primary Responsibilities
- Seeking funding sources and submitting bids
- Carrying out feasibility studies
- Seeking funding sources and submitting bids
- Carrying out feasibility studies
- Preparing plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
