Position: Principal

An Educational Leader (with Vision and Strong Interpersonal Skills to serve As the Principal of This great School

The applicant must be:

A devote Christian
Able and willing to communicate with parents, staff, pupil and all other groups.
Willing to be highly visible in the school, active in the community, and with parents support group.
Able to enhance the instructional skills of teachers, by recognizing, motivating and evaluating each individual while setting measurable and achievable goals.
Flexible, participating and open in management style, demonstrating fairness, consistency and compassion.
Able to write and speak articulately and lead by example.
Proficient in Microsoft office applications and the use of database for assessment.
Able to accept criticism and examine all sides of an issue objectively.
A no-nonsense disciplinarian who establishes clear expectations and consistently enforces rules
A role model who manifests integrity, self-confidence, a commitment to quality and excellence and always does what is best for children
A creative, innovative and decisive leader who employs a collaborative approach to problem solving, but who expects results and accepts responsibility.
A veteran educator with a solid grasp of elementary and middle school curricula, current trends, best practices, techniques for improving students’ outcomes, and a commitment to the success of all pupils.

A chief administration officer of the school. The Principal is responsible for hiring, supervising and evaluating teachers and staff, developing and implementing educational progress in the school. Overseeing extracurricular activities and assuring that Board Policies are fully carried out, as well as directing all support services of the school.

Qualification & Experience:

M.Sc. in Education
10 years post NYSC experience both in classes and administration in a reputable school running both Nigerian and British Curricula.
Open to both Nigerians and expatriates
