Position:  Umbilical Site Rep

 

Job Roles

  • To act initially as contact focal point at Umbilical manufacturing facility/design office.
  • Provide a direct link with Project team and participate in technical reviews as required.
  • Review and comment all ITP’s and ensure during fabrication that inspection points are identified and performed fully in accordance with the approved ITP.
  • Participate in weekly, monthly and ad-hoc meetings.
  • Coordinate the necessary technical feedback with the manufacturing facility and design office.
  • To review the package Master Document Register and assess the manufacturing documentation that will be issued meets project requirements.
  • To provide input to the collation and structure of the manufacturing data books.
  • To assist in the qualification and test programmes (test protocols, inspection activities), and analysis of the results with Company PMT.
  • To attend necessary audits in cooperation with the QA/QC Leader as required.

 

Minimum Qualification:

  • HND in Engineering that relates to industry at large and preferably to Petroleum industry activities such as Metallurgy/ Material Engineering.
  • 8-10 years working experience in Oil and Gas industry with offshore related experience to the provisions of Subsea equipment in the context of large international projects.

 

Position: Facility Inspection, Commissioning and Maintenance Engineer

Job Roles

  • Ensure that the proper documents and data required for maintenance have been duly obtained and followed up and to also check that the progress measurement gives realistic information.
  • Control and follow-up the maintenance engineering activities regarding installations of facilities and ensure these actions are in line with scope of work.
  • Coordinate the preparation and the implementation of data to be loaded in Computerized Maintenance Management System.
  • Review inspection activities
  • Supervise the preparation, review and validate the maintenance dossiers
  • Support and implement the HSEQ management systems (Plans, Procedures and specifications)

 

Minimum Qualification

  • M.Sc/B.Sc or HND with relevant experience
  • Minimum 8-10 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry, 8 Cognate years experience in the field of maintenance in a supervisory role
  • Good knowledge of planning techniques and systems. Offshore operations and maintenance functions
  • Experience of Maintenance and Inspection of Engineering Contract
  • SAP/R3 experience and know-how
