Position:  Intern Laboratory Scientist

 

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess BMLS Degree from approved institutions and registerable with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria.

 

Position:  Intern Pharmacist

 

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess a Degree in pharmacy registerable with the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria.

 

Job Description:

Selected candidates are expected to undergo a twelve months unbroken internship in the Laboratory and Pharmacy Departments respectively.

 

Method of Application

Type written application should be addressed to the Chief Medical Director, Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital, P.M.B, 5025, Nnewi enclosing the following documents:

1.       Five (5) copies of curriculum vitea,

2.       Five (5) copies each of all relevant credentials,

3.       Birth Certificates.

4.       Evidence of change of name where necessary,

5.       Provisional Registration with the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria or the Medical Laboratory science Council of Nigeria which is applicable.

6.      Current practicing license,

7.       Three referee reports.

All application should be submitted to the Director of Administration, Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital, Nnewi.
