Vacancies exist for outstanding Academic and Non Academic Staff in the College of Management and Information Technology of the American International University, West Africa, The Gambia Campus.
The Positions are as follows:
DEPARTMENT OF PHILOSOPHY, POLITICS AND ECONOMICS
Position: Professor (in philosophy, politics and economics)
Qualifications
- Candidate will have at least 10-20 years teaching experience in a reputable university.
- Candidate must have PhD in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in and familiarity with American educational curricula is an advantage but not prerequisite.
Position: Senior Lecturer (in philosophy, politics and economics)
Qualifications
- Candidate will have at least 10-20 years teaching experience in a reputable university.
- Candidate must have PhD in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in and familiarity with American educational curricula is an advantage but not prerequisite.
Position: Lecturer I (in philosophy, politics and economics)
Qualifications
- Ideal candidate will have a minimum of MSc or its equivalent in the relevant subjects and must have at least 5 years teaching experience in a reputable university.
Position: Lecturer II (in philosophy, politics and economics)
Qualifications
- Ideal candidate will have a minimum of MSc or its equivalent in the relevant subjects and must have at least 5 years teaching experience in a reputable university.
Position: Assistant Lecturer (in philosophy, politics and economics)
Qualifications
- Candidate will have a minimum of M.Sc or equivalent in the relevant subjects and must have at least 2 years teaching experience.
