Position: Business Development Managers
Key Accountabilities
- Create and generate new leads.
- Aggressively follow-up on proposals to ensure new clients are acquired. Ensure customers request are serviced accurately and timely.
- Carry out market survey and analysis.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of the printing industry
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong attention to details and accuracy
- Good presentation and proposal writing skill
- Impeccable character and integrity
Educational & Experience Requirement
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in the same role.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
Position: Human Resources Manager
Key Accountabilities
- Develop suitable programmes to ensure full employee engagement.
- Ability to articulate and put in place suitable human resources development plans.
- Propose and implement appropriate performance management system.
- Serve as a business partner to all the divisions.
- Ability to develop appropriate intervention programme to address identified capacity gaps.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to details and accuracy.
- Good supervisory skill
- Impeccable character and integrity
Educational & Experience Requirement
- Minimum of 5 years post NYSC work experience in the same role.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
- HR certification/ MBA is an added advantage.
