Position: Executive Chef
Requirements
- Suitable candidates for the above positions must be sound, versatile and competent in production operation and kitchen administration and must be able to take responsibility for the entire production department of the company.
- Candidates for the above positions must have B.Sc/HND or minimum of OND in the relevant field.
- Must have worked in a five star Hotel or a reputable catering services company as Executive Chef or Chef for at least 2 years.
- Must also have specialised in Continental and African Food.
