Our Lagos-based Client Consults in all aspects of environmental planning, development and management As a result of expansion, candidates with suitable and appropriate qualification(s) and experience are required to fill the following vacancies:-
Position: Town Planners – (2 posts)
Requirement:
- Candidates must have B.Sc in Urban & Regional Planning with not less than 2.1 (No M.Sc. holders please)
- Must possess HND and Full Professional Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning HND must be at not less than Upper Credit
Both preferably below 30 years.
- Exceptional ability to analyze data and draw implications is a must.
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Ability to write sound technical reports
- Computer literate, capabilities in AutoCAD is compulsory, while GIS is an advantage.
- Passionate about urban/regional planning.
- Experience of working in a consulting firm is an advantage.
Position: Company Secretary (ICSA)
Requirement:
- Membership of Institute of Chartered Sectaries and Administrators.
- Age35 or below with a minimum of 2 years experience in company secretarial matters
Position: Accountant
Requirement:
- Candidates must have B.Sc (Hons.) AND/OR HND (Upper Credit) Accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience; part Qualification in ACA/ACCA an added advantage ability to keep relevant books of account, prepare management Reports and final accounts.
Position: Maintenance Officer
Requirement:
- NABTEB Certificate in Building Construction: Electrical Installation and Maintenance etc with experience
Position: Receptionist
Requirement:
- Must be attractive and have excellent communication skill.
- Age: 25 or below.
