Qualification:
- B.Sc/HND in Business Administration or any social Sciences or any related discipline with minimum of 3 yrs working experience in relevant position
- Assisting in manpower planning, recruitment and selection
- Assisting in employee’s performance management and evaluation processes
- Assisting in organizing proper employment orientation, development and training logistics and record keeping
Position: Managers and Supervisors:
Qualification:
- B.Sc/HND in Hotel Management and Catering with minimum of 3 yrs work
- Overall management of the outlet and its workers including supervising the conventional supervisor in carrying out his/her daily duties
- Planning and organizing programs that will promote our business and increase sales
- Ensuring customers satisfaction and that the standard of the organization and products are maintained
