Position: IT Support& Web Administrator

 

Job Overview:

  • To manage and maintain the company’s web presence as well as its LAN and WAN networks and computer systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Company’s IT Infrastructure, including hardware, operating systems , network servers, applications etc
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s web presence ensuring that only up-to-date and accurate information are contained on the website
  • Provide first hand user support e.g. setting up new users’ accounts and user profiles and dealing with password changes, resolving day-to-day staff IT complaints and issues using standard troubleshooting techniques
  • Liaise with external IT consultants in the roll-out of new applications as well as provision of second level IT support
  • Develop graphic designs for various Company documents and write-ups e.g. periodic Newsletters and Magazines
  • Create and maintain Company’s Knowledge repository and database to guarantee effective methods of storing and managing information and corporate knowledge assets

 

Ideal Skills and Qualifications:

  • First degree in Computer Sciences, IT or Engineering with a minimum of 2:2
  • Possession of MCSE and/or A+ certification is an added advantage
  • 2-3 years post NYSC related work experience
  • Web Development

 

Position: Executive Assistant

 

Job Overview:

  • To provide administrative support to the CEO. The candidate must be result oriented and a forward thinking professional.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate the CEO’s schedule, appointments, reservations and travel arrangements.
  • Execute the CEO’s administrative details by screening and receiving calls, scheduling appointments, responding to requests for information and other routine external requests
  • Accountable for the evaluation, reconciliation and daily reporting of the company’s account/financial position with Suppliers
  • Determine and communicate up to date price list
  • Responsible for tracking and liaising with suppliers on goods ordered
  • Responsible for reporting on the progress and overall status of the company’s strategic action plans

 

Qualification and Experience Required

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any Social Science or related  Discipline with minimum of 2.2,
  • An MBA will be an added advantage
  • 2-4 years post NYSC related work experience with at least 1 year supporting a Senior Executive
  • Well developed computer  skills with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and applications
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to exercise good  judgement and be proactive
  • High level of individual initiative and detail oriented

 

Position: Marketing Manager

 

Job Overview:

To develop and maintain marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data and implement marketing plan in line with strategies.
  • Develop strategy to maintain and increase the company’s active and effective online presence
  • Act as key liaison between the organization and company brand consultants
  • Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department
  • Achieve timely advert and viable media plans across all available media.
  • Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. Conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.

 

Qualification and Experience Required

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any Social Science or related discipline with minimum of 2.2
  • 4-5 years post NYSC related work experience
  • Proficient with the use of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Very strong written and communication skills
  • High level initiative and proactive
