Position: Executive Chef
- Not less than 10 years experience
- Extensive knowledge of Kitchen Management
- Able to plan meals
- Tackle bulk Menus
- Able to manage a Kitchen Staff Strength of 16 staff
Position: Assistant Lounge/Restaurant Manager
- Not less than 7 years experience
- B.Sc/HND in related field
