- By direct appointment of a holder of a master’s degree equivalent professional qualification in the relevance field from a recognized institution with at least 9 years on the job cognate experience with proven ability for applied research and production works, such candidates must have at least published a total of 5 journals and 6 conference /seminar papers or direct appointment of holders of a Ph.D in the relevant field with at least 6 years cognate experience. Candidate must also show evidence of ability to initiate and supervise research work and must have been registered with a recognized relevant professional body.
