(Department of Estate Management)

 

Position: Principal Instructor

                                                                      Minimum            Maximum

Salary Scale: CONTISS -11            #1,458,528.00p.a          N1,941,744.00p.a

Qualification:

  • By direct appointment of a holder of a good HND in the relevant discipline, plus at least 12 years experience or FCT plus 14 years relevant experience and the Teacher Technical Certificate in each case. Candidates should show evidence of practical project.

 

Position: Senior Lecturer

                                                              Minimum            Maximum

Salary Scale: CONTISS -12  #1,811,768.00p.a          N2,131,968.00p.a

Qualification /Experience:

  • By direct appointment of a holder of Ph.D with at least 8 years cognate experience or.
  • By direct appointment of a holder of a master’s degree from a recognized institution with at least 6 years on the job cognate experience with proven ability for applied research and production work.

 

Position: Lecturer I

Salary Scale: CONTISS -11            #1,458,528.00p.a          N1,941,744.00p.a

Qualification /Experience:

  • Candidates must be a holder of a master’s degree equivalent professional qualification in the relevant discipline from a recognized institution of higher learning with at least 6 years teaching /research experience in an institution of higher learning. Industrial experience and contribution to scholarly publication will be an added advantage or By direct appointment of a higher learning with at least 3 years of teaching/research/industrial experience. in addition to the above requirements, the candidates should have one additional Journal and two Conference seminar papers since last promotion.

 

Position: Lecturer II

Salary Scale: CONTISS -9   #1,159,488.00p.a          N1,461,324.00p.a

Qualification /Experience:

  • Candidates searching appointment as lecturer II must be a holder of a master’s degree equivalent professional qualification in the relevant discipline from a recognized institution plus at least 3 years teaching experience or a Doctorate degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Candidate should have at least one additional journal or 2 conference/ seminar papers since last promotion.

 

Position: Assistant Lecturer

Salary Scale: CONTISS -7   #858,578.00p.a   N1,091,592.00p.a

Qualification /Experience:

  • By direct appointment of a holder of a good honours degree or equivalent  qualification with NYSC discharge certificate.

 

Position: Instructor

Salary Scale: CONTISS -7   #858,578.00p.a   N1,091,592.00p.a

Qualification /Experience:

  • By appointment of a holder of HND or equivalent qualification from recognized institution with NYSC discharge Certificate plus the Technical Teachers Certificate.
  • Holder of City & Guilds. FCT Plus Technical Teachers’ Certificate obtained at FCE (Tech.) plus 2 years working experience.
