A paint manufacturing company that produces and distributes various ranges of paint Products produces within and outside the southern region of Nigeria the Company is poised to become the leading paint manufacturing company in Nigeria and the West African sub-region. As a result of the ongoing transformational restructuring of the company, the client requires highly motivated, ambitious and resilient individuals to further develop her business.

These exciting opportunities are located in the following states Bayelsa, Benin, Warri and Uyo. Position: Accountant (ASP/ACC -01)
Responsibility
- The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing accounting policies and procedures for the company’s accounting department. He/she will also ensure that, the accounting policies and processes of the company are strictly followed. The candidate will also be responsible for producing periodic management reports, financial statements and establishing costing models for the company. He /She will further provide both operational and strategic support to the organization and manage the finances for all its activities.
Skills and Competencies:
- Applicant must possess a University degree from a reputable institution in Finance/Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years working experience within the finance/audit and control department of a reputable corporate organisation or professional services organization
- Professional qualification such ACA, ACCA, ICAN, CFA etc
- Knowledge of financial management systems, accounting policies and standards, tax management , cost accounting. Budgeting and Planning etc
- Good written and oral communications skills
- Sound organizational, administrative and managerial skills
- Good people management and negotiation skills.
Position: Marketer (ASP/M/02)
Responsibility
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business generation initiatives for the company through well articulated marketing and sales plans. He/She will also develop, establish and maintain a product portfolio to meet organizational objectives. The successful candidate will ensure effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.
Skills and Competencies:
- Candidate must possess a good first degree from a reputable university in marketing or related field
- Relevant professional certifications will be added advantage
- A minimum of 8 years post graduate experience (with at least 4(four) years in a managerial position) in a marketing/sales oriented function/ organization development role
- Experience in all aspects of developing marketing/sales strategies as well as developing a formidable product portfolio
- Excellent sales and marketing knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of strategic planning and business development
- Relevant product and industry knowledge with good decision making skills
- Creative and innovative skills
- Good judgment and leadership skills.
Position: Warehouse Manager (ASP/ WM -03)
Responsibility
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and controlling the overall of the warehousing department. He/she will manage, control inventory and ensure maintenance of appropriate stock levels at all times. The right candidate will also be responsible for motivating, organizing and energizing the warehouse workforce to ensure that set productivity targets are met and surpassed.
Skills and Competencies:
- Applicant must have minimum of 6 years post-graduate experience out of which a minimum of 4 years must have been in a similar position in a reputable company.
- A good university degree or its equivalent from a reputable institution
- A post-graduate degree will be an added advantage
- Knowledgeable and skilled in the following key areas
- Inventory Control Management
- Demand forecasting and analyzing
- Reporting/communication skills
- Oral and written communication skills.
