Vacancies: Accountant, Quantity Surveyor, Architect
A Building and Architectural Company based in Lagos seeks to recruit the following:
Position: Accountant: (to handle its record keeping)
Qualification:
- Candidates must have HND/OND/ATS in Social Sciences
- Minimum of 2 years working experience as an Accountant
- Ability to use accounting software is an added advantage
Position: Quantity Surveyor (to handle the company’s project costing/estimating and supervision)
Qualification:
- Candidates must have HND/B.Sc in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum of 2years working experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Candidate should possess construction and project management experience in addition to basic Q.S skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel and other Q.S. Software is an added advantage.
Position: Architect (to handle the planning, design and oversight of the company’s projects)
Qualification:
- Candidates must have HND/B.Sc in Architect
- Minimum of 2years working experience as an Architect
- Candidate should posses construction and project management experience in addition to basic architectural skills
- Ability to use AUTOCAD and other architectural Software is an added advantage
