Our Client  a Communication Firm with interest in the Television and Radio is looking to fill various vacancies in the following locations: Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Benin, Agenebode, Kaduna, Kano, Jos, Yenoga, Enugu, Maiduguri, Yola, Gombe, Ilorin, Oshogbo, Bauchi and Jos.

 

Support Services

Position: Admin/Finance Supervisors – DS/AFS 201138

Core Duties:

  • Supervise and coordinate al! financial and administrative functions and provide technical and managerial support.
  • Establish and implement financial procedures in line with organisational requirements Establish  and  implement  administration and  logistics procedures in line with organisational requirement

 

Entry Requirement

  • University degree/ HND in Accounting or Banking & Finance
  • Knowledge of accounting software
  • Minimum of 6 years in finance, admin and book keeping

Position: Admin Officers -DS/AO 201139

 

Core Duties:

  • Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative services
  • Office management, maintenance of personnel and fiscal records. Manages grant proposals and submissions. Prepares financial reports, reviews purchases, vouchers and other financial documents.
  • Responsible for the procurement of supplies; maintenance of inventory records; including supervision of staff performing these functions.

 

Entry Requirement

  • University degree/HND
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in general office, clerical or administrative supports
