Our client, a Mortgage Financial Institution in Nigeria, is seeking to Engage the services of Resourceful, Experienced and result oriented individuals to fill the positions below:
AGM (Operations and Admin) – Ref: H01
Person Specification
- Good first degree/HND in Business Admin or any social science course
- MBA and/or any relevant professional qualification(s)
- Must possess 8-10 years uninterrupted quality work experience, out of which at least 3-5 years must be at senior management level in back office functions of a mortgage/commercial bank.
- Strong operational strategy, attention to details and good organizational and administrative skills
- Must have a sound knowledge of banking regulations
- Possess strong interpersonal and people management skills and as well as leadership competence and a motivator.
Position: AGM (Product and Marketing) – Ref: H02
Person Specification
- Good first degree/HND in Economics, Banking and Finance or a related discipline
- MBA and/or any relevant professional qualification(s)
- Must possess 8-10 years uninterrupted quality work experience, out of which at least 3-5 years must be at senior management level in the marketing/product development functions of a mortgage /commercial bank.
- Good knowledge of credit packaging and products development.
- Relevant knowledge and sound understanding of the mortgage market
- Possess strong interpersonal and people management skills and as well as leadership competence and a motivator.
