As a result of expansion and strategic repositioning, we seek immediate employment of exceptional individuals to join our existing team of more than 1,000 employees:

 

Position: Auditors:

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular and on the spot audits of financial controls and management systems for corporate policy and legal compliance.
  • Conduct annual review of fiscal and investment management policies and procedures and recommend corrective measures when necessary.
  • Conduct audit of inventory management to ensure correct matching of physical inventory with available record.
  • Conduct audit of automated financial systems to ensure correct data represents corporate financial health.
  • Ensure any identified data error, unaccountable transactions, faulty or inefficient processes are duly communicated to management while proffering suitable solutions and control measures.

 

Core Skills:

  • Must be vision minded, thorough and arithmetic oriented, conscientious and calculative with a high level of accuracy.
  • Must be a person of integrity and ethically guided with willingness to disclose potentially illegal, criminal and unethical business practices or data
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

 

Qualification:

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelors Degree (B.sc) or HND in Accounting
  • Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant
  • Possession of MBA will be an edge
  • Computer Literacy and familiarity with automated accounting systems or ERPs
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

 

Position: Accountants

Responsibilities:

  • Makes input to the preparation of comprehensive Annual Financial
  • Report and supporting statistical schedules used for internal analyses by various stakeholders.
  • Ensure an accurate and timely periodic report of financial information as well as processing of positive pay transactions and Bank compliance activities.
  • Maintains necessary reports that support all government regulations.
  • Ensure an up to date fixed asset inventory system is maintained and treated adequately starting from acquisition time.
  • Reviews and recommends modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
  • Posts data to various Accounting books following approved accounting techniques and procedures.
  • Maintains the various ledger accounts including reconciliation of the group general ledger, revenue accounts, expenditures, and cash balances.
  • Responsible for subsidiary accounting records.
  • Reviews Accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations and proffer corrective measures when necessary.
  • Other general accounting duties as assigned.

  • Ability to effectively manage time and meet all specified deadlines.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Qualification:

  • Applicant Bachelors Degree or HND in Accounting.
  • Must possess ACA or ACCA. MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Computer Literacy and familiarity with automated accounting systems or
  • ERPs.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
