A Fast Growing Mortgage Institution with head office in Lagos requires the services of well experienced personnel for employment in the below capacities.

 

Position:     Branch Managers (Ref: BM/GEN/2012/001)

Locations: Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan

Qualifications:

  • A good degree in any relevant discipline
  • Marketing/sates skill in a financial/mortgage Bank is required.
  • Master’s degree (M. A.) or equivalent is an added advantage.

 

Experience:

  • Post NYSC experience of 5-7 years of banking experience with an emphasis on sales/Marketing of property sales and deposit mobilization
  • Mortgage experience shall be of greater advantage
  • Proven successful supervisory, administrative and analytical skills
  • Vast understanding of mortgage business generally
  • Knowledge of banking operations and ethics

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the administration and supervision of branch staff and bank facility.
  • To appraise the performance of the branch staff in a timely and fair manner
  • To prepare the budget for the branch in each financial year
  • Achieves satisfactory budget performance monthly.
  • Maintain the branch at approved expenditure level as determined by management
  • To act as representative of management in the branch as to the implementation of company’s polices, objectives and goals

Key Skill and Competencies:

  • Very strong managerial and leadership skills
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
  • Preferred skills of windows, MS Outlook, Excel and word
  • Ability to write and edit marketing materials of all kinds, including; speeches, articles, brochures, and more that conform to prescribed style and format.
  • Strong credit, and marketing skill
  • Knowledge of financial services sector
  • Strong business sense
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

 

 

Position: Operations Heads (Ref: OPH/GEN/2012/001)

Locations: Lagos, Abuja, Port-Harcourt, Ibadan

Qualification:

  • A good degree in any Accounting related courses
  • Professional qualifications like ACA, ACCA, and ACIB is required
  • Master’s degree (M. A) or equivalent could be added advantage

Experience:

  • Post NYSC experience of 3-5years of operations experience in banking/mortgage bank
  • Mortgage experience shall be of greater advantage
  • Supervisory experience in banking operations

Job Description:

  • Ensuing that customer’s deposits and withdrawal are recorded in the appropriate book
  • Lodging of cash and cheques at the Bank’s correspondence banks
  • Daily balancing of cash /vault register
  • Bank reconciliation/interbranch reconciliation
  • Posting of customers and cheque’s transactions
  • Marketing of Bank’s products
  • Supervision of front office staff
  • Daily call over of report
