Vacancies: Building Systems Maintenance Officers, Accountants, Architects
We are a Firm of Architects, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers.
As part of our expansion strategy, we require energetic, dynamic and experienced professionals to fill the following vacant positions:
Position: Building Systems Maintenance Officers
Qualification:
- Candidates must have ND/Trade Test in relevant discipline
Key Competencies
- Proven skills and experience in general maintenance of mechanical and electrical installations.
- Knowledge of plumbing and air conditioning systems in buildings
- Knowledge of electrical systems in buildings
- Proven organizational skills
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Demonstrated ability to work individually and in a team environment
Experience:
- 2-3 years experience in Building Maintenance.
AGE: 26 -35 Years
Position: Accountants
Qualification:
- Candidates must have B.Sc/HND in Accounting. Possession of professional qualifications (ICAN/ANAN) is an added advantage.

- Good mathematical and computer skills
- Analytical ability and a logical approach
- A good understanding of business
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- The ability to explain technical financial information clearly
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Honesty and discretion.
Experience:
- 5 years experience in a reputable Accounting/Audit Firm.
Age: 28 – 35 Years.
Position: Architects
Qualification:
- Candidates must be Architects with B.Arch or MSc Arch, with a good grade from any reputable University, Certification by NIA is an added advantage.
Key Competence:
- Coordination and oversight of the construction documents
- Effective co-ordination of in-house production team members
- Effective Management of different participating Consultants
- Effective and efficient leadership skills
- Strategic and focused business perspective
- Effective staff and management relationships
- Adequate site supervision experience.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience in a reputable Architectural Firm.
