Job Specs: Executive – Customer Care

Location: Lagos

Job Profile:

The candidate will be responsible for front ending client related issues

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for receiving client raised issues and resolving the same with inter- department help
  • Would be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction with respect to issues logged and TAT for remedy
  • Would be front ending issues raised by clients both pre and post Implementations,
  • Would be responsible for conducting Quarterly reviews for Clients,

Desired Profile

  • A pleasing and dynamic personality with very strong communication skills
  • Prior Customer Service experience or Experience in communication with corporate firms is a MUST
  • Should possess a quality of understanding the clients issues and finding ways to resolve the same
  • Prior customer care experience

Job Requirement:

The ideal candidates should possess the following qualification:

  • Five (5) credit grades in WASC/GCE/SSCE including Mathematics, English and 3 other relevant subjects.
  • NYSC discharge certificate
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum of Second Class Lower Division) obtained from a recognized University
    • OR
    • Candidates should have HND (Minimum of Upper Credit) obtained from a   reputable Polytechnic/College of Technology in any of the courses listed  below:

  • Valid Driver’s License with excellent driving skills

Job Specs: Manager Admin and HR

Location: Lagos

Job Profile:

The candidate will be responsible for seamless operations of the business offices, its employees and welfare

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for the day to day activities of Business Activities including facilities,, maintenance, legalities etc.
  • Will be responsible for employee and employer satisfaction
  • Will be responsible for maintaining a very high Staff retention level
  • Will initiate and ensure office supplies and requirements

Desired Profile

  • A pleasant and dynamic personality with prior experience in handling the administration of a Corporate a long with MR
  • Candidate should have a proven track record for his/her achievements in the past
  • Candidate should be very well versed with the market and have good contacts with required people and departments.
  • Prior admin and hr experience of minimum 8 to 10 years.
