Job Title: Cashiers/Tellers (Ref Code: CAS)
Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification of OND
- Experience in handling higher-volume cash transactions is an asset
- Excellent customer service relations
- Active PC user
- Detail oriented
- Honesty & integrity
- Stress tolerance
- High level of accuracy and Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Main Tasks:
- Account deposits and withdrawals
- Cheque transactions
- Receive and verify loan repayment amount
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls & established policies and procedures
Job Title: Back Office Credit Officers (REF CODE: BOCO)
Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification of OND
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Past experience with data entry would be an added advantage
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy required
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidate must be rigorous, disciplined, loyai and have a good sense of judgment
- Organizational skills, File Management Skills and Strong ability to multitask o Ability to work with minimum supervision
Main Tasks:
- Responsible for data entry based on bank’s techniques, policies and procedures
- Maintenance of data based on bank’s techniques, policies and procedures
- Responsible for filing and safe keeping of files and documents
