Vacancies: Chief Internal Auditor, Principal Internal Auditor, Senior  Internal Auditor

The Federal University, Wukari, Taraba State is one of the nine newly established  Federal Universities in Nigeria. Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates  to fill the  positions  below in the  University  for non teaching Staff.

 

Internal Audit Unit

Position: Chief Internal Auditor (Contiss 13)

Qualification

Candidates should possess a  good  honours degree or HND in Accounting  from a  recognized  institution, plus nine  (12) years of post-qualification experience  and membership of a recognized  professional body (ICAN CAN).

 

Position: Principal Internal Auditor (CONTISS 11)

Qualification

Candidates should possess  a good  honours  degree or HND in Accounting  from a  recognized  institution, plus nine (9) years  of post-qualification experience and membership of a  recognized  professional body (ICAN or CAN)

 

Position:  Senior  Internal Auditor (CONTISS 9)

Qualification

Candidates should possess  a good  honours  degree or HND in Accounting  from a  recognized  institution, plus nine (6) years  of post-qualification experience and membership of a  recognized  professional body (ICAN or CAN)

 

Note

  • All Candidates must possess an NYSC Discharge Certificate or Exemption Certificate or Certificate of Exclusion where applicable;
  • Salaries and Allowances attached to the various vacancies are the same with the  approved  Salary Scheme for Federal Universities in Nigeria:
  • Candidates who are awaiting results may not be considered and need not apply; Computer literacy is required for all officer cadre and above.

10.       For Academic Staff applicants, full details of teaching and research experienced service to the nation and immediate community where applicable

  • Candidates should forward their application in an envelope with the position applied for clearly indicated on the left-hand corner
  • Candidates should also request their three Referees to forward their reference letters under separate cover to the Registrar, Federal University Wukari. The Referees should also be requested to indicate the candidate’s name, position applied for on the left hand corner side of the mailing envelope .
