Vacancies: Chief Operating Officer, Branch Heads
Our client, a niche player in the music and entertainment industry focused on the promotion of ennobling music and sale of top end musical instruments, publications and recorded music with need office in Lagos and having branches in Abuja, Port Harcourt and Calabar has retained our services for a full corporate refocusing exercise and now wants to recruit exceptional talents who must be self starters with high level of initiative and drive to implement its new strategy geared towards achieving its set objective.
Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
The chief operating officer will act as the bridge between the CEO and the entire staff of the organization. He shall be responsible for the day to day to operations of the organization and report directly to the MD/CEO.
Qualifications and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should have a first degree/HND in accounting or any business related field and must be a member of a recognized accounting body An MBA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 15 years work experience out of which at least 5 years must have been spent in a managerial position.
- Knowledge of Sales and Marketing added advantage
- Age: must not be below 36 years
Position: Branch Heads
Each branch head will be fully responsible for the smooth running of the operations of the branch he/she is heading. This will cover outdoor business development, indoor sales activities, finance, administration, etc.
Qualifications and experience
- The ideal candidate should have a first degree or Higher National Diploma plus a professional qualification in marketing. An MBA will be added advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years work experience out of which at least 5 years must have been spent in a carrying out Sales/ Marketing function and at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial position.
- Must have a burning desire to sell and must have worked in a target driven environment.
- Fair knowledge of accounting and finance basics as well as hands on experience in office administration and human resources management will be added advantage.
- The ideal candidate should not be above 35 years of age.
