Job Title: Finance and Compliance Assistant
Location: Abuja, Nigeria
Duration: 8 months
Job Summary,
- This position ensures that CRS Nigeria complies with the Agency s guideline principles of stewardship. It ensures that CRS Nigeria complies to CRS HQ financial policies, individual donor regulations and ensures efficient usage of CRS Nigeria’s funds on the projects.
Summary of Primary Functions:
- Specific duties will include but not limited to:
- Grant compliance
- Budgeting
- Financial support
- Internal Control Assessments and site visits
- Financial accounting
- Filing responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bsc/HND degree in Accountancy
- Minimum of 2 years post NYSC experience
- Excellent computer skills including knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Knowledge of the SUN accounting software is an added advantage.
- Ability to travel as needed Travel estimated to be at 40 50% of the time
- Familiarity with HIV/AIDS and knowledge of PEPFAR projects will be an added advantage
