Vacancies: Finance Controller, Marketing Manager, Training Manager

Our client is a leading manufacturer of top-line products for the building  and construction industry, for its international brands. As part of on-going effort at  strengthening its managerial capacity, the company recently engaged our services to fill the following strategic positions on its organisation structure:

 

Position: Finance Controller – ES 127

The position reports to the Deputy Managing Director and has overall management responsibilities for the firm’s finance and accounting function.

 

Requirement

  • The requirement is for candidates with very good university degrees and membership of one  of the  recognized  institutes of chartered accountants.
  • The successful candidate must have acquired a minimum of ten years relevant post-qualification experience in reputable organizations, five of which must be at managerial level.
  • The possession of an MBA degree and strong IT skills, including Oracle ERP System skills, including Oracle ERP System, will offer distinct advantages.
  • Candidates must is be versatile in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

 

Position: Marketing Manager -ES 128

  • The Marketing Manager will lead a team of highly resourceful marketing executives and be responsible for initiating policies, developing plans and executing strategies approved for securing market dominance for the company ‘s products.
  • The search is for self-assured candidates with a first degree in social sciences or other business related disciplines.
  • Membership of a recognized professional institute of marketing and a minimum of ten years relevant post-qualification experience is required to qualify for consideration.

 

Position: Training Manager – ES 129

Requirement

  • This position is responsible for implementing the company’s learning and talent development strategies.
  • The requirement is for a learning management professional with a minimum of ten years hands-on experience in training needs analysis, development of competency-based training plans, and training facilitation. Membership of CIPMN or other recognized international HR or Training professional bodies is essential to function in this role.
