A leading property development company currently engaged in the development of a large residential estate is seeking to engage dynamic professional to fill the post of:
Position: Finance Manager
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities:
- To set implement and monitor stringent financial policies, procedures and controls related to the financial activities and goals of the company
- Creates and implements controls to ensure the accuracy of financial records Responsible for preparing periodic financial reports for management’s information and decision making
- Provides exceptional leadership and supervision to the finance and accounts team Reports to the Managing Director on activities of the financial affairs of the organization
Qualification/Experience:
- Candidates must have B.Sc in Accounting
- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant/ ACCA
- Must possess minimum often (10) years post qualification relevant experience with at least three (3) years in supervisory role
- Knowledge of property and real estate development will be a definite advantage
