Position: Finance Officer (Abuja)

The Finance Officer plays a critical role in Pacts financial management. With a large number of procurements and grants to local organizations, Pact’s accounting practices, oversight, and financial support of its local partners is central to effective programming. The jobholder will support monthly financial reporting to home office in WDC through Microsoft Dynamics Navigator (Navision Software). The jobholder will reconcile Accounts Receivables and Follow up on out standings. The jobholder will ensure timely liquidation of staff advances and escalation of overdue account receivable. In conjunction with the senior accountant, the Finance Officer will ensure regular amortization of staff housing and other prepayments. The jobholder will ensures prompt remittances of all statutory deductions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Sc, /HND in Accounting with ACA/ ACCA/ CPA Professional Accounting Qualifications.
- Minimum of 3 years Cognate Experience in fund accounting
- Experience with accounting standards /practices of international organization a strong plus.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navigator (Navision Software).
- Knowledge of OMB Circulars 110, 122,133
Position: Executive Program Officer (Abuja)

Location: Abuja
The Executive officer will provide strategic management to the office of the Country Director and also ensure the effective coordination and functioning of the Management Team. The jobholder will develop and operationalize an effective and effective and effective and efficient management system to ensure proper functioning, of the Country Director’s office. The jobholder will review activity memos and also assist the Country Director in providing prompt and effective feedback to the Project Directors and Program staff. The jobholder will participate in work planning and strategic review of documents. The jobholder will manage the communication between the Country Director and donors as well as development partners. The job holder will play a pivotal role of effectively coordinating all programmatic and administrative activities within the Country Director’s office.
Minimum Requirements;
- A minimum of Masters Degree in Social Sciences, Business or other relevant field.
- Experience in Program design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
- Minimum oi’4 years of experience assisting senior executives and managing their offices
- Project support/back-stopping, health and international experience are strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience and interest in health sector, policy issues and international development.
