Vacancies: Head of Business, Regional Managers

 

A Leading Downstream Oil Marketing Industry with huge presence in Retail Fuel Business across the Country requires Senior Level Sales Professionals as Head of Business and Regional Managers who would be reporting to the Sales Director.

 

 

 

Position: Head of Business – REF: HOB

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Good university degree in Engineering, Business Admin, Accounting, Economics and any other related discipline.
  • An MBA or other postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage.

 

 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 15 years cognate experience in professional selling, preferably in Downstream Oil & Gas or FMCG industry with at least 7 years at a managerial level; or experience in Corporate Banking, Credit and Marketing at Assistant General Manager (AGM) level at the minimum in a reputable bank.
  • Good knowledge of MIS office applications.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new businesses and retail channel opportunities.
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies and plans in line with the Company’s corporate objectives.
  • Coordinate, supervise and motivate sales teams to achieve set targets.
  • Responsible for Achievement of sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop the channels to achieve market leading position.
  • Train and develop retail sales team in the regions.

 

Position: Regional Managers – REF: RM
