Vacancies: Head of Internal Audit, Front Desk Officer/Secretary

We are a Federal Government Professional Regulatory Agency in the Built-Environment Sector concerned with value-for-money, costing estimates, probity and accountability in the economy through our own sub-sector. We are reforming into a world class organization adequately equipped to deliver on our statutory mandate.

Vacancies now exist in our Organization for high fliers as follows:

Position: Head of Internal Audit – Ref 005

Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • The candidate shall conduct internal audit and provide guidelines for ensuring compliance to rules of procurement and expenditure.
  • He/ She shall ensure internal credit/financial control and perform all the duties of an Internal Auditor in a modern organization.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Building Statistics, Economics, Office Technology Management, Secretarial Administration, Computer Science, Accounting and Social Sciences with a minimum of 7 years post qualification experience in similar positions.
  • Possession of postgraduate degree such as M.Sc or/and Phd will be an advantage.
  • Registration with appropriate professional bodies will be an added advantage.
  • A good knowledge proficiency in various ICT applications is compulsory.

Position: Front Desk Officer/Secretary – Ref 006

Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • The candidate will be responsible for all front desk activities in a modern organization, attend to enquiries, and provide first-line assistance to visitors, guests and customers.
  • He/ She will assist in driving the office technology management infrastructure of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Building Statistics, Economics, Office Technology Management, Secretarial Administration, Computer Science, Accounting and Social Sciences with a minimum of 7 years post qualification experience in similar positions.
  • Possession of postgraduate degree such as M.Sc or/and Phd will be an advantage.
  • Registration with appropriate professional bodies will be an added advantage.
  • A good knowledge proficiency in various ICT applications is compulsory.
