Position: Head of Operations – Fast Foods (Ref. No: MSC/GGNL 003)

  • Applicant should have a University degree  or Higher Degree with a Professional Certificate in Food and Hospitality Management preferable oversee the day -to-day operations of a fast food division
  • Budgeting, Performance Management and Profit improvement
  • Experience in the operations of 6- 1o outlets of fast food company
  • Experience in setting and achieving sales and profit targets
  • Experience in planning work schedule for  individuals and teams
  • Experience in ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulation.

 

Position: Head of Food Production Centre/ Manager

  • A minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Hotel and Catering /Food Production management or any other relevant discipline from a reputable institution.
  • At least 7 years relevant work experience in a bakery factory environment.
  • Well experienced in the area of developing systems that ensure compliance with the highest service standards in all areas of operation, including sales/marketing, customer service, property appearance, profit /financial control,
  • Good  knowledge of food  and  beverage related  aspects of food  service management.

 

 

Position: Audit Manager (Ref. No: MSC/GGNL – 004)

  • Minimum of 8 years experience out of which 5 years would have been spent in external or internal Audit in a similar position
  • Audit Experience in the Hospitality Industry will be preferable
  • Experience in analysing sales figures and devising marketing and revenue management strategies
  • Strong leadership, hands -on management style, cost control and budgeting experience
  • University Degree or Higher Degree many discipline
  • ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
