Vacancies: Head of Operations, Head of Business Development
Our Organization is dynamic Microfinance Bank in Lekki area. We are recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions below:
Position: Head of Operations
Experience/Qualification:
- A bachelor degree (at least a second class) in any discipline. A professional qualifications like ACA, ACCA and ACIB would be an added advantage but not mandatory,
- Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on supervisory experience in banking operations or related areas. Knowledge of the provisions of BOFIA and the operational guidelines for Microfinance Bank is imperative.
Position: Head of Business Development
Experience/Qualification:
- A bachelor degree (at least a second class) in any discipline.
- Candidate should have at least 7 years experience in marketing and sales of financial products and services.
- A demonstrable understanding and knowledge of marketing strategy implementation and execution is mandatory, as well as being a good
