Our company is a product handling organization, due to expansion in the scope of our operations vacancies exist for the under-listed positions:

 

Position:     Human Resource & Admin Officer

The job holder provides effective Human Resource management service for field operations and address other welfare issues affecting employees.

 

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To administer employment contracts ensuring compliance with employment legislation /labor law such as employment tax, pension plans, working hours and conditions
  • To implement performance management system for all employees as at when due
  • To implement a best practice Employee induction program for Expatriates and locally hired employees.
  • Generate accurate and timely Human Resources reports as requested by management
  • Administer necessary disciplinary actions as provided in the company policy to erring employees
  • Address other welfare concerns of employees in line with company policy as the arise

 

Qualification: the ideal candidate

  • Must possess a B.Sc/HND degree in Human Resources, Statistics , Economics , Business Administration  or social science from a recognized higher institution.
  • minimum of 3 years working experience
  • must have a good knowledge of Microsoft tools, such as excel, power point, word etc
  • knowledge of “NAVISON ERP” would be an added advantage.

 

Position:     Customer Service Executive

The job holder is responsible for the follow up and processing of sales of company product and customer’s order /request. He /she liaises with the clients to keep them informed of development concerning their orders /requests.

 

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To assist in client liaison and working on quotations
  • Manage and maintain clients relationships
  • Follow up of all client exchanges by email fax and letters.
  • Prepare invoices and proforma documents and ensure that the client purchase order(s) are inline.
  • To ensure that the data entered into accounting purchase orders.
  • To monitor the proposed delivery dates on the outstanding orders by the customers report and coordinate with the sales staff, so customers are informed of any undue delay.
  • Ensure quality checks of all products prior to delivery.

 

Qualification: the ideal candidate

  • Must possess a B.Sc/HND degree in Marketing or social science from a recognized higher institution.
  • 2 years working experience in a similar role
  • Extremely customer oriented
  • Fully conversant with computer applications
  • Good command of English language

 

 

 

Position:    Salesmen

The job holder will have responsibility for the sales of company products and services maintain and manage relationships with existing customers while developing other new outlets.

 

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support in developing sales plan and strategy for effective growth
  • Monitor the implementation of promotional activities to ensure maximum returns on investments.
  • Analyze sales figures /data and interpret trends to facilitate planning and forecasting
  • Analyze the competitive environment to ascertain product performance
  • Effectively manage allocated stock and customers to ensure maximum sales.

 

Qualification: the ideal candidate

  • Have relevant degree in Social Science or Management
  • Have 3-5 years relevant working experience gained in the FMCG industry
  • Have good knowledge of inventory management
  • Be self driven and possess very high levels of energy, enthusiasm, drive and resilience
  • Have strong interpersonal skills
  • Have strong number /data analyzing skills
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in sales of vehicle spare parts would be an added advantage
