Position: Finance Manager
Responsibilities/ Qualifications
- Take the responsibility of articulating clear statutory financial and management reporting framework
- Oversee the preparation and rendition of companies’ accounts on a periodic basis
- A good degree or HND in Accounting. ACA, ACCA, MSC/MBA degree (a plus)
- 5-8 years cogent experience in a manufacturing company
- Entrepreneur orientation is a major requirement, cognizance with accounting software/computer skills
- Age: 30-35 yrs
Position: Marketing Manager
Responsibilities/ Qualifications
- Develop the marketing communication strategy to drive sales of product and marketing experience in an FMCG company will be a plus
- Determine new opportunities by analyzing business, economic and product needs
- A good degree in marketing or any relevant field.
- 5 – 8 years relevant experience
- Excellent negotiation skills and adequate computer skills.
- Age :30 – 35 yrs.
Position: Production Manager
Responsibilities/ Qualifications
- Good degree in Engineering/Allied subject
- 5 years cogent experience in Plastic production manufacture (injection molding)
- Good Entrepreneurial orientation.
- Must have passion to excel and meet target expectations
- Good communication skills and versatility with the use of computer
- Possession of an MBA is an advantage.
- Age: 30 – 40 yrs.
Position: Master Baker
Responsibilities/ Qualifications
- BSC degree or HND in Food Tech plus adequate training
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound experience in managing subordinates
- Must have maximum of 5 – 8 years in bakery/confectionary production
- Candidate should have good general managerial experience
