Vacancies: Librarian, Statistical Extension Officer, Executive Officer
As part of efforts to repositioning National Bureau of Statistics for better service delivery, applications are invited from interested and suitably qualified candidates to fill the vacant positions in the Bureau and Federal School of Statistics:
Position: Librarian Grade II
Salary Scale: Conraiss 7- Job Code: LIB II
Qualification and Experience
- Candidate must have first degree in Library Studies from a recognized University or, First degree from a recognized University plus a Post-Graduate Diploma in Library Studies or,
- Associate or Fellowship of a recognized Institute of Librarians,
Position: Statistical Extension Officer
Salary Scale: Conraiss 6 – Job Code: STAT-EXT
Qualification and Experience
- Applicant should have a Higher National Diploma in Statistics from a recorganized institution or,
- Any of the following qualifications plus at least 2 years post-qualification cognate experience:
- National Diploma in Statistics from a recognized Institution
- Stage I Certificate of the Institute of Statisticians, London
- Regular II Certificate of Federal School of Statistics or,
- Professional Diploma in Statistics from University of Ibadan
- Stage II Certificate of the Institute of Statisticians, London.
Position: Executive Officer (General Duties)
Salary Scale: Conraiss 6 -Job Code: EO (GD)
Qualification and Experience
- Applicant should have a Higher National Diploma in Business Studies/Administration or Public Administration from a recognized Institution or,
- National Diploma in Business Studies/Administration or Public Administration from a recognized Institution or, plus at least 2 years post-qualification cognate experience.
