Requirements
- The preferred candidate must have managerial experience in a bank and able to develop and execute strategic plan consistent with the leadership vision of the bank.
Other requirements
- Ten years experience in a bank
- Demonstrated leadership skills Knowledge of microfinance banking Organisational skills Passion for microfinance development
Qualification
- Applicant must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance or related fields
- MBA will be an advantage
