A middle-sized, fast growing and aggressively forward looking micro-finance bank with head office in Lagos wishes to fill the following vacancies:
Position: Managing Director, CEO

Qualification
- Candidate must possess an MBA, with at least 10 years cognate experience. Extensive Knowledge of MFB business, credit and risk management is important.
- Maturity and ability to relate with the Board of Directors and major stake holders is compulsory
Position: Financial Controller
Code No.: FC
Qualification:
- The ideal candidate must be a graduate of Accounting and must be chartered.
- A minimum cognate experience of not less than 8 years is required.
- A thorough understanding of the management accounting, financial statements preparation and analysis is required.
- He must be able to use company financial to drivebusiness.
- A strong network with regulatory bodies is necessary.
- Ability to interface with auditors, financial accountants, tax authorities, senior management, ExCo as well as the Board is necessary.

Qualification:
- The ideal candidate should have been a chartered Accountant with strong cognate experience of not less than 8 years in all arms of risk management. Appropriate certification will be an added advantage.
