Position: Managing Director
Qualification:
- Candidates should possess not less than a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and must at least have not less than fifteen (15) years cognate experience in the banking industry.
Job Description:
- He is the Chief Accounting Officer of the Bank
- Maintain sound long term growth service quality and sustainability by providing leadership and direction in financial strategies, operational excellence and managerial effectiveness.
- Monitor and encourage corporate development, including new product/service, new delivery system and area of expansion.
- Provide leadership and management of the Bank in the development of comprehensive, innovative and strategic business plans.
- Develop, recommend and implement all corporate policies after Board approval to ensure effective continuity and management of the Bank etc.
Position: Head of Operations
Requirements:
- Overseeing the entire day to day operations of the Bank
- Coordinates Bank account transactions with correspondence banks.
- Ensures the security of cash in vault etc.
Position: Head of Accounts
Requirements:
- Reconciles Bank Accounts
- Regulates postings of entries
- Renders accurate and timely returns to the regulatory authorities etc.
