Vacancies: Night Fill Officer, Credit Officer, Account Payable Officer
Talentwise is recruiting for its client a leading Cash and Carry Store for consumer in Abuja. The store in offering a wide range of products with high quality and standards of fresh flavours at affordable prices.
Positions: Night Fill Officer
Role holder provides support to the store in ensuring refilled/restock at night; proper placement of items on the shelves, using the pace-outs method and Maintain the first-in-first-out method of shelting process so as to eliminate expiration of goods/items amongst other responsibilities.
Qualification:
- First degree in the Social Sciences or Accounting from a recognized university,
- MBA will be an added advantage
- With a minimum of 2 years stock/inventory management experience in a reputable retail store-chain,
Positions: Credit Officer
Role holder is responsible for the following: reviewing and maintaining cash; develop a system of confirmation of receipts by beneficiaries; prepare monthly cash forecast; ensure daily reconciliation of all bank accounts and clearing of all reconciling items within one week.
Positions: Account Payable Officer
Role holder is responsible for the following amongst other responsibilities: Processing all invoices and book all transactions in an efficient timely and accurate manner and in line with payment policies.
Qualification:
- First degree in the Finance or Accounting from a recognized university
- With a minimum of 3 years work experience.
