 A middle-sized, fast growing and aggressively forward looking micro-finance bank with head office in Lagos wishes to fill the following vacancies:

Qualification:

• Candidates must possess a National Diploma (ND) from an accredited polytechnic and must be numerate.

Position:       Internal Control and Audit officers:

Code No.:     ICA    

Qualification:

• Ideal candidates should be chartered accountants with cognate experience ranging from 3-8 years Operations staff with combined knowledge of Cash & Tellers, Funds Transfer and Customer Service may be considered.
• Other certifications like CIT or other competencies like IT auditing skills and such other certifications will be added advantage

Position:       Head Human Resources:

Code No.:     HHR    

Qualification:

• The ideal candidate with a B.Sc/HND must have at least 8 years cognate experience.
• A HR consulting background will be added advantage. However, such candidate must have practiced HR in a commercial bank or a financial services company of an average size.
• Membership of relevant professional body though not compulsory, is desired.
