Position: PA to CEO
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes
- Applicant should have Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution preferably in Economics and Accounting
- Master’s Degree would be an added advantage
- Minimum of 7years experience from reputable organization with exposure to the media industry
- Should possess good research, Analytical and Writing skills
- Self-confident with ability to withstand pressure.
- Good office management, secretarial and administration skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ideal age should be between 35-45 years.
Description
- Responsible for keeping the CEO’s diary, necessary follow-ups and scheduling of programmes and activities
- He will serve as a repository of information on general business and financial conditions, analyzing their impact on the company’s strategies and objectives for use by executive management.
- He will undertake any other duty assigned from time to time by the CEO.
Position: Head of Account
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes
- Applicants should have Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution plus ICAN/ACA/ACCA
- Possession of an MBA will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in a senior management position.
- Strong analytical background and demonstrable ability to establish goals and deliver results.
- Familiarity with major accounting applications.
- Ideal age should be between 35-45 years.
- Proficiency in financial and management accounting
Description
- Manage the Group financial resources and ensure conformity of all financial reports with corporate accounting policies and principles.
- Ensure that the company’s accounting systems and procedures are up-to-date and are in compliance with appropriate statutory and regulatory requirement.
- Coordinate financial planning, operations and controls of the Group for optimal efficiency and ensure the functionality of the Group’s financial structure.
- Oversee the treasury function to ensure cash flow for the business is secured.
Position: Marketing Executives
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes
- Applicant should have a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution preferably in Marketing or other related field
- A good knowledge of marketing especially in a media company.
- Ability to perform within given target at short notice.
- A goal getter with proven track record.
- Personal Client data base.
- Must be a registered member of APCON
- Ideal age should be between 35-45 years.
Description
- Responsible for Business Development
- Marketing Plan Development.
- Responsible for advert sourcing and sponsorship for the station products in terms of programmes and special event.
